Aeroplane Manufactory – Parts Order
Ordering Process
Due to recent
experiences whereby customers have placed orders and
then either changed their minds or found alternative
sources for parts, we have had to institute a new
ordering process:
1.
Place order
and request quote.
You will be informed at this point whether
the parts are currently in stock or would need to be
ordered/manufactured.
If the parts are not in stock you will be
advised of the anticipated delivery period.
2.
Review order
and make any changes.
3.
Invoice sent
out.
4.
Once invoice
is paid order will be processed.
5.
When order is
ready for shipment you will be advised of shipping
alternatives and costs.
6.
Once shipping
choice agreed a second invoice will be sent
reflecting those costs.
7.
As soon as
shipping invoice has been paid shipment will be sent
out.
